Please check individual listings for estimated shipping times. Orders ship within 5-7 business days from purchase date. You will receive order confirmation after purchase and tracking information upon shipment. Curated Behavior ships using UPS and/or USPS. Please note shipping preferences and requests at the time of purchase. We will do our best to meet requests. Notify CB at the time of purchase to request rush shipping via email at hello@curatedbehavior.com and choose rush shipping during checkout. We will do our best to meet deadlines, but cannot guarantee rush shipping. Shipments can be delayed due to weather and courier issues.


Curated Behavior is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. A claim must be filed with the courier if an item arrives damaged. Buyers are solely responsible for making sure billing and shipping addresses are correct. Orders placed to the incorrect address will not be refunded, replaced, or re-routed by Curated Behavior.

Your curators, Elizabeth and Nikki, have made a hobby out of scouring antique shops and markets worldwide for the most meaningful collectibles. With each trip we have thoughtfully hand picked every trinket, only pausing to enjoy a slice of cake or a latte.

R E T U R N S A N D E X C H A N G E S

Custom work, antiques, gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. Select items such as ceramics and surfaces may be returned in their original condition within 10 days for store credit only.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please email hello@curatedbehavior.com with your order information to begin processing returns and exchanges.


If you received a damaged item, email hello@curatedbehavior.com within 48 hours of delivery. Items damaged in transit (courier error) cannot be returned. If an item was shipped defective, CB will correct this issue.

Each piece is hand picked and curated by our team. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchase. Due to the custom, artisan, and antique nature of our collections, we are unable to offer returns. We do our best to provide an accurate representation of each of our products. Custom work and antiques may have visible cosmetic “flaws”--they’re curated to be that way and we believe that is part of their charm and uniqueness. Your item is unlike anyone else’s, bespoke and priceless.

Curated Behavior reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled, as all items are subject to availability. Buyer cancellations must be made within 1 hour of purchase.
